“Paper Flame” Ignites Fogo de Chão’s Bar With Its First-Ever Secret Cocktail

WHAT: Fogo de Chão is turning up the heat this spring with the debut of its first-ever secret cocktail: Paper Flame.Available off-menu only for a limited time nationwide on May 29, this bold new creation delivers an unforgettable sensory experience, from its tropical flavor profile to its fire-lit finale. The Paper Flame will first be unveiled during Fogo’s Tomahawk & Tequila Bar event, held at all U.S. locations on launch day.Crafted with blanco tequila, Aperol, Banana Liqueur, and a refreshing pineapple-forward blend that gives a bright mouthfeel, Paper Flame is a vibrant, balanced drink that is light and tropical, inspired by classic “Paper Plane” recipes. A finishing touch of lemon zest and torched flash paper tableside makes this off-menu cocktail as photogenic as it is flavorful - creating a guest-facing visual moment designed for sipping and sharing.


Flavor Highlights of the Paper Flame:


  • Tropical, pineapple-forward and tequila-finished with a velvety balance of sweetness and subtle bitterness

  • Banana liqueur adds a creamy texture, smooth mouthfeel and balancedsweetness

  • Garnished with lemon zest and flash paper, torched tableside for a full sensory experience


Guests are invited to raise a glass during the one-day celebration, Fogo’s Tomahawk & Tequila Bar event on May 29th across all participating locations and will be offered an immersive tasting experience featuring:


  • Two samples of premium tequilas of the guest’s choice

  • Side-by-side tasting featuring an indulgent, dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye and a tender, classic bone-in ribeye—both packed with bold, savory flavor

  • Signature Bar Bites from BarFogo,including Queijo Assado, Brazilian Empanadas, and Spiced Chicken Sliders, served throughout the event and impeccably paired to enhance the tequila tasting experience.
