New Truck Opening: Yeastie Boys Bagels hits Manhattan Beach 6/27

 Yeastie Boys Bagels will be rolling out their 8th truck, landing right in Manhattan Beach on Friday, June 27th.

Founded in 2014 by Arizona-born, New York‑trained bagel obsessive Evan Fox, Yeastie Boys began as a passion project, hand‑rolling bagels in his L.A. apartment and delivering them to friends. Since then, Evan has grown a cult‑favorite fleet, bringing classic New York style bagels and pop‑culture‑fuelled creations to LA, as well as doing creative collabs throughout the years (Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Netflix’s Nobody Wants This, to name a few). 

Expect signature bagels like The Mishka (everything bagel, roasted bell‑pepper, tomato, sprouts, schmear),  Lox Deluxe (sammy‑worthy smoked salmon, capers, scallion schmear) and The Diss Track (custom pit-smoked pastrami, folded scrambled egg, melted american cheese, schmutz sauce on a egg everything bagel)
