Thank you Disney+ for giving us early access to Godmothered! It’s an instant classic, NO JOKE, we’ve watched Godmothered 10 times so far and every time we watch it I see things that I missed before.

Get ready to laugh, Isla Fisher, Jillian Bell, Santiago Cabrera and June Squibb get into the funniest shenanigans that will have you in stitches! Godmothered is directed by Sharon Maguire (Bridget Jones’s Diary, Bridget Jones’s Baby,) so you know you’re in for a great time.

Our story begins as a young and unskilled fairy godmother ventures out on her own to prove that she is worthy of becoming a fairy Godmother and the world still needs magic.

Eleanor (Fairy Godmother) finds a letter from 10-year-old girl Mackenzie, Eleanor tracks Mackenzie down and discovers that she’s no longer a little girl but a 40-year-old single mom whom works at a news station in Boston.

Mackenzie lost her husband years earlier and has given up on love and “Happily Ever After,” and Eleanor is determined to give Mackenzie a “happiness” makeover!

A movie that’s perfect for the entire family, it’s full of heart. It’s a perfect reminder that it’s easier to say “I have responsibilities or I don’t have time,” however you have to make time for yourself. Godmothered is a perfect reminder of that it’s never too late, to change, and love can happen at any age, at any time, just be open to new possibilities.
