2020 Honda Odyssey is The Perfect Family Minivan!

Thank you Honda for loaning me the Odyssey, my dream car has always been a minivan! You’re laughing at me, but they are great. The Honda Minivan drives like a car, not a truck or SUV, it’s smooth and most importantly you can fit everything into the minivan!

Minivans sit higher than car but lower than SUV, the comfort and ease when you get in and out of the minivan is a breeze. Question for you? Have you ever parked in a parking space and upon returning you find that another car has parked so close to you, that you can’t open your car door! The Honda Odyssey has sliding side doors, talk about handy. You can open all doors hands free, YES, hands free!

Space is important to me, the storage space in the Honda Odyssey is abundant, the wireless smartphone charger in the middle console is mind blowing. Then you have the large floor and console-top trays, the bin within the console, a hidden storage drawer, and shelving carved into the front door panels, you’ll have no trouble finding places to hide your purse inside of this minivan. I told you, the car is pure perfection!

The Honda Odyssey is the perfect family car, the head rests easily remove for installing child car seats, which you may need to do with many convertible seats, especially for older kids.

Every 2021 Honda Odyssey includes Bluetooth hands-free calling and music streaming, and at least one quick-charge 2.5-amp USB port. Get the Odyssey EX and your infotainment features expand to include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, satellite radio, text messaging support, basic HondaLink connected services, an 8-inch touchscreen display, and much more.

With touring trim, entertainment equipment, includes navigation system, three additional HondaLink service packages with free trial periods up to a year long, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a rear-seat entertainment system with a 10.2-inch display, and a CabinTalk in-car PA system. Elite trim further includes an 11-speaker premium sound system, wireless smartphone charging, and the ability to restrict audio to specific sets of speakers.

The premium sound system is wonderful, my kiddo was surprised to discover the rear entertainment screen. The Odyssey had

CabinTalk which is extremely useful, allowing the driver to speak to rear passengers without yelling. You can use it simultaneously with CabinWatch, a camera that shows the driver and front passenger a view of the second- and third-row seats on the infotainment screen. Honda also offers a Cabin Control smartphone app that lets everyone aboard contribute to a road-trip playlist.
