To celebrate The Angry Birds 2 I’ve created a virgin Pina Colada to cheers with your little one.
Pina Colada (virgin)
3 Ingredients
2 parts Pineapple Juice
3 parts Coconut Cream - “Coco Lopez’s coconut cream”
6 cups ice
Did you know Piña colada literally means “strained pineapple,” that’s why it’s so delicious, I love pineapple juice! Mix all ingredients together with ice and blend until smooth. Pour blended drink into cocktail glasses and serve in a large decorative glass and if you like, you may garnish with a chunk of pineapple on the rim, a cherry, and a cocktail umbrella.
