SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY - Now Playing in Theatres Everywhere!

Solo: A Star Wars Story, a galaxy far far away has woven its story into the fabric of our lives. I’ve said this before, there are movies, and then there are movies like Solo: A Star Wars Story. An instant classic that will create new memories for today's generation of Star Wars fans.

Solo: A Star Wars Story is a look at the early life of Han Solo and the pivotal moments that turned him into the super hot Han Solo. Young Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich) or older Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Han Solo has so much swagger that you’ll be watching the screen and only see him. We witness young Han Solo as a confident smuggler turning a new leaf, and paving the path to the man we all know and love. During his adventure Han meets a slew of characters new and old to Star Wars family, some who stay with him with during his journey and others that leave a footprint in his life. They’re all working towards the same goal, freedom from oppression. The resistance is brewing, the foundation for an uprising is being poured and this is where our future Jedis are being molded to fight for their future.

The incredibly talented cast consists of Director Ron Howard, Alden Ehrenreich (“Hail, Caesar!,” “Tetro,”) Woody Harrelson (“Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” “The Messenger,”) Emilia Clarke (“Me Before You,” “Game of Thrones,”) Donald Glover (“Spider-Man: Homecoming,” “The Martian,”) Thandie Newton (“Gringo,” “Crash,”) Phoebe Waller-Bridge (“Fleabag,” “Killing Eve”) and Paul Bettany (“Captain America: Civil War,” “Master & Commander,”) Joonas Suotamo (Star Wars: The Last Jedi) returning as Chewbacca.

Solo: A Star Wars Story takes us right smack in the middle of smugglers, gangsters, shady characters that will have you reeling. As Han makes his getaway, we are taken into an area where slave labor is prominent. We first meet young Han with his childhood love lost Qi’ra (Emilia Clarke), who are both in Corellia, dreaming of escaping to the stars in their own ship. Ehrenreich shares the screen with Paul Bettany (as villain Dryden Vos) and Donald Glover (as a young Lando Calrissian) who are both wildly crazy in their own ways. Chewbacca (Joonas Suotamo) is our heart or at least in mine, and newcomer to the franchise Woody Harrelson (Beckett) who’s always entertaining.

Han Solo is not to be missed! The title of the movie has, “Solo...” see it “Solo” the first time around. You don’t want anyone asking you questions, making comments, interrupting you, you’ll want to be solely focused on Han. Yes, Han to me steals the show, he’s breathtakingly handsome and charismatic. Make sure you return to see the movie for the second time with your family and friends they'll thank you! This is the perfect weekend to see it, Memorial Weekend, Star Wars movie, a classic, just like apple pie.
