Before you start reading about BeautyCon I want you to stop and imagine the Los Angeles Convention Center, then I want you to think of every beauty line you can think of and the triple that number all under one roof. The grandeur of BeautyCon is not emphasised enough, it’s spectacular. Over 80+ top brands to shop from, including Maybelline, Garnier, NYX, QVC, Tarte, Tangle Teezer, Crown Brush & Real Techniques to name a few! We interacted with 100+ of our favorite content creators including Kandee Johnson, Teala Dunn, Tana Mongeau, Mac Daddyy, Mia Stammer, Alisha Marie and so many more! I learned tips from live make-up tutorials and lifestyle hacks from engaging panel discussions.

Tyra Banks was breathtaking in person, her beauty and grace were flawless. Tyra was promoting her new Cosmetics Experience TYRA Beauty, what a site to see. Tyras very essence commands attention, the way she carries herself, speaks with passion about her products and collaborations, just amazing.

This is a day I highly suggest getting a sitter for your little ones, wear your tennis shoes, carry a messenger bag to have free hands and hit the pavement. You will need all day there to get the full experience of Beauty Con and most importantly purchase a Hauler ticket. General Admission Tickets gives you access to all the Beauty & Lifestyle brands, panel discussions, tutorials and musical performances. For even more event perks and experiences there were different level tickets under the "More Info" tabs and under each VIP Package it explained what you’d have access to! However the Hauler ticket will give you first access, a trendy reusable BeautyCon bag and a products essentially from each line, it can range from samples, coupons, full size product and information regarding each cosmetic brand. Opening the bag was equivalent to Christmas coming early, the excitement and anticipation of what I will find, made me giddy. Get the Hauler, you’ll hollar once you see what I’m talking about.

Some of my favorite booths included, Robin McGraw “Me O My” which she dedicated the line to moms, the acronym for her line is MOM! I love how special she makes us moms feel with her products, the packaging is fun, flirty and sassy. Next was Loreal, what a booth, they handed every guest 3 full sized lip palettes from there new line. NYX Cosmetic school was in session, they had seats set up with their new matte lipstick line to play with.

QVC was an island on their own, entering the mega center they had set up it was unbelievable, from cosmetics, self tanners, Philosophy products, they had all hands on deck in their booth to help you with any questions and presentations. MILANI Cosmetics was show casing not only their beautiful spring colors but the eye candy on hand was just as interesting! Bravo MILANI Cosmetics for entertaining us while we were waiting to try out your products.

Some of the lines represented at BeautyCon LA were Absolute NY, Agave Oil, BH Cosmetics, Califia Farms, Conscious, Crown Brush, Garnier, Illuminage, Kendra Scott, Lime Crime, Loreal, Luxie, Maybelline, Mr. Kate, NCLA, NYX, Perfect Corp, Pixi, Pop Beauty, Pur Cosmetics, QVC, Real Techniques, Sebamed, Shea Moisture, Tangle Teezer, Tarte, TYRA Beauty, Wildflower and more!

Please note that $1.00 of each ticket sold was donated to their charity partner, I AM THAT GIRL.

I AM THAT GIRL is helping girls to transform self-doubt into self-love by providing a safe space to connect and have honest conversations about things that matter. Every day, girls are bombarded with messages that attack what she is NOT and we work every day to help her love who SHE IS; to see that in herself and inspire that in others.
